Client Project as Solution Manager, HCL Axon SolutionsThe engagement was for the validation of their deployed solution and processes, including technology. Oracle eBS was the core of their Shared Services for Financials while the operations were executed in multiple systems (over 50 systems). Led a team of functional and technical consultants that included the business process review, the implementation and integration including the integration technology. The client had complex process and systems in the mix where they had moving parts like PO and receiving in legacy systems while the financials were in Oracle leading to mismatches due to business practices and system limitations. The project was successfully concluded with some critical changes implemented and long-term recommendations presented to the “C” level executives.

Client Project as Solution Manager, HCL Axon SolutionsSolution & Delivery Manager for the business transformation and system implementation at Scientific Games. Managed all activities for the project and solution delivery. This was a first implementation of an ERP system at SGI and included the processes in Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, Quote\Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Build to Retire, Reconcile to Report, Consolidate to Report and integrating their acquisitions of WMS and Bally Technologies. Led a team of onsite and offshore resources to gather and analyze requirements, map and define “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes (and in the processes enhancing these processes, removing redundancies, introducing integrations and improving the processes for efficiencies and effectivities). Thereafter, successfully mapped them to Oracle eBS suite, identifying gaps and defining functional specifications for the gaps and ensuring they were successfully built, tested and deployed and worked seamlessly with standard Oracle eBS processes. Prepared and executed the project plan for successful build and delivery of the project deliverables, prepared and orchestrated the cut over plan and other project artifacts and processes. Successfully implemented SharePoint to manage and automate reporting for these using SharePoint. To fill the void for lack of Testing Tool, successfully designed and implemented SharePoint to be used for testing.

Client Project as Solution Manager, HCL Axon SolutionsThe engagement was to implement Request to Resolution, Click to Resolution, Depot to Repair, Dispatch to Repair, Dispatch to Debrief, Service Entitlement, Author to Sign Service Contract, Contract to Renewal, Change or Terminate Contract processes for US, Europe and Asia locations on a single instance or Oracle eBS. Successfully formed and led the team of onsite and offshore members to deliver the solution to each of the countries. Each country had their own specific needs and operations nuances that needed to be incorporated in the standard solution. The industry has critical service requirements that need to be resolved in quick response and resolution SLAs. Hence ensuring the correct resource with requisite skills, available parts and minimal travel time was assigned the task was critical for the success of the business. Besides that, entitlement process was of essence here to avoid revenue leaks in the business process. And China and Japan had some unique scenarios mandated by local laws and practices that needed to be resolved and incorporated in the process and system.

Led the strategic initiative to implement an ERP system, consolidating multiple legacy systems into a unified platform. Spearheaded the cash-to-order project team, overseeing project management, implementing best practices, and streamlining solutions to align with business requirements and objectives. Provided extensive process and application expertise to both the business and implementation teams. Effectively managed multiple vendor teams, ensuring adherence to project scope. Led a diverse team of 12 onsite (internal and vendor) and 10 offshore members. Ensured the incorporation of business processes into IT solutions, emphasizing modularity, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices. Established a trusted relationship with business stakeholders and decision-makers, serving as a key confidant for the successful delivery of the solution.

As a member of the consulting unit, my role involves working at diverse client sites in various capacities. I have served as a key Solutions Architect and Subject Matter Expert in multiple Oracle Application modules.
