With close to 20 years of experience as a teacher and a researcher, I am a marketing expert and a specialist in distribution channel management in India. I currently serve as a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, one of the premier business schools in India and the world.I help executives across companies excel in distribution channels through a series of 5-day executive programs at IIM Lucknow. I research issues related to Indian distribution channels, mainly focusing on emerging formats of retailing, small retail and wholesale markets. I have published multiple papers in reputed journals and authored several cases and book chapters on these topics. I am passionate about mentoring doctoral students and fostering a culture of academic excellence and rigour at IIM Lucknow.
