Worked as an HR Business Partner for Aerospace Processing India (a JV between Aequs and Magellan)! A highly critical subsidiary of Aequs, which deals with special chemical processes. Along with Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management, Skip Level Meetings, R&R, handled various other end to end HR activities of the plant. By deep diving at Plant level, built strong rapport with employees who were able to open up with their concerns which were brought to BU Head regularly and addressed promptly. Developed strategy and career path for critical resources, drafted the agreement and retention clauses, that was approved by Legal Team, BU Head and HR Head. This was a major success in mitigating the risk of losing critical resources for business continuity. Besides, was also involved into statutory compliances at unit level. Faced audits by Big Four, aerospace standard certifying body and from customers without having any observations or Non-Conformance.

During my work experience with Aequs (formerly Quest Global), worked closely with leaders and highly learned and experienced people. This collaboration groomed me into a better HR professional. I had the opportunity to support Talent Acquisition end to end including Campus Hiring (including Tier 1 engineering colleges/ Premier B Schools) and lateral hiring. Handled apprenticeship hiring from ITI, GTTC, Diploma colleges and various other schemes. I was involved end to end from the inception in most critical and successful strategic initiative of the organisation called AKC. In fast track my role was elevated in which I worked on Employer Branding, handled LinkedIn page by collaborating with Marketing team. Independently, handled JV Leadership role requirements. Additionally, worked on Competency Framework building and aligning it to the Performance Management process, which helped in identifying the competency gaps and build training plan! Also, was given with the opportunity to hire the Director and teachers for a preschool established by the organisation. Implemented and executed performance management for the school.
