Rajesh is a visionary, global business leader and technology executive who has managed several billion-dollar portfolios comprising of Fortune 500 clients delivering all-round growth across sales and delivery. Leveraging his expertise in incubating and scaling businesses, Rajesh founded Catalincs Partners LLP, a company focused on helping technology start-ups and small organizations break glass ceilings and scale. As a Partner in Catalincs, Rajesh works with the leadership of these companies enabling them to reimagine their business, operating and financial models to drive superior business value. In addition to designing the strategy, Rajesh works with the teams driving the implementation to realize their vision. Earlier, Rajesh was the Global Delivery Head of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) in Cognizant Technology Solutions. Rajesh led the transformation of this business to be a leader in implementations on enterprise processes like Human Capital Management, ERP, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Integration leveraging Cloud and on-premise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Pega and other products. Over the last few years this business has acquired and integrated close to 10 companies that today are the pillars of this Digital Transformation. In his stint of over 20 years at Cognizant, he has incubated several business units like Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Utilities, Engineering Services(IOT) and most recently the Salesforce and Workday practices. Rajesh brings inspiring leadership qualities coupled with a strong foundation in technology, business development and P&L management. With a good blend of strategic and operational focus, Rajesh has also led transformation programs that had an impact on the entire organization. In a talent-constrained market, Rajesh adopted strategies to aid in overall talent expansion across the industry in addition to developing focused talent for the business. Rajesh started as entry level freshman from college and was a Senior Vice President and member of Executive Leadership Team at Cognizant.
