Rajesh led the transformation of this business to be a leader in implementations on enterprise processes like Human Capital Management, ERP, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Integration leveraging Cloud and on-premise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Pega and other products. In his stint of over 20 years at Cognizant, he has incubated several business units like Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Utilities, Engineering Services(IOT) and most recently the Salesforce and Workday practices. With a good blend of strategic and operational focus, Rajesh has also led transformation programs that had an impact on the entire organization.
