About Rajesh Dadhich

An MBA Finance graduate and comes with a financial analysis and research background of over 16+ years. Prior to joining Teleperformance, I have an extensive experience in credit research, Fixed income analysis, ranging from preparation of credit profiles to debt structure analysis and covenant analysis. I have also been involved in financial modeling and valuation using DCF, DDM and Relative Valuation approach.Over here, I have achieved a knack of understanding the commercial/strategic aspects of the acquisitions through working on a number of live acquisition projects. Besides working on acquisitions, I have also built, developed and maintained cost / bid models for other business verticals for prospective business opportunities in UAE and India. In current role, I am responsible for leading financial consulting engagements (related to M&A, bid solution support, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Transformation solutions) with External clients/ within TP World. Over the years successfully delivered/led high end financial support at a strategy, analysis and modelling level. I have worked on deals with combined value of more than £500m across UK, India, Brazil and Australia. Assisted various clients on the budget/forecasting/bidding models across multiple sectors including BPO, Transport, Facilities Management, etc. Worked closely with finance/BD teams across India, Middle East, Hong-Kong, USA., Australia, and the UK on various complex assignments including large bids and budget/transformation models/business valuation. I have also performed ad-hoc financial analyses as needed and has worked on various other excel based assignments. I have developed the costing and pricing models and valuation models. Here at TP. there are many in-house tools related to process excellence being developed so I have developed the costing and pricing model for most of the tools like TP Protect, TP Wallet, TP SVA, TP Trust & Safety, TP Optimize. I was also involved in doing the Cost Benefit Analysis for the interested clients and has given the proposal around ROI and payback period for implementation of any particular tool.
