Responsibilities:-1. Cost Control: Control & minimize wastage of raw materials, ingredients, packaging and consumable efficiently.2. Manufacturing practices: Efficiently operate the whole process from raw material through to the finished product with good manufacturing practices.4. Process Improvement: Plan, manage and review team resources within their lines to achieve performance targets & departmental objectives, using KPI’s and effective communication to focus on team working & driving continuous Improvement.5. EHS Implementation and Compliance: Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety plans entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, Root Cause Analysis, implementation of action points based on Root cause.6. Quality Assurance: Operate the whole system with defined Quality Standard. Implementation of HACCP procedures to prevent contamination across the processing chain Ensuring adherence to Quality for routine and non-routine issues by interacting with concerned Departments such as Purchase, Production etc.7. Hygiene and House Keeping: Operate the department maintaining company hygiene standard and good housekeeping.8. SAP Process: Keep all information related to Inventory, Dispatch etc Live on SAP System with better work flow.Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as per plan.  Applying productivity improvement approached on daily and shift wise basis through better planning between manufacturing and packing. Conducting production Trials along with application group that led trials on existing products for improvement in quality.Close co-ordination with different departments for smooth operation.

• Executing shift activities, Production planning and workforce management of semi automated Evaporator- Spray dryer Plant.• Managing Production operations team of powder section on the shop floor, for manufacturing & it’s packing in different varieties under the brand name of Amulya (dairy whitener), IMP (infant milk powder), Sagar (skim milk powder).• To direct control & manage the resources 5-M’s (Manpower, Machine, Material, Minutes & Method) efficiently to achieve production targets and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety standard and quality standards to meet business challenges.• Ensuring update of Operations and Quality management system manuals/documents in ERP system.• Analyze various processes and implementing Statistical Process Control measures to maintain smooth operation.• Deliver GMP, Hygiene & Housekeeping conformance, Safety conformance. • Track losses, maintain data, and enforce safety.• Close co-ordination with the other departments, ensuring smooth operations and for improvement/modification in existing product/process systems.• Overseeing implementation of Quality Assurance system of the organization on the shop floor, & training the workman on same.• Confirming that GMP, Hygiene and Housekeeping practices are followed, carried out and maintained within the department during the shift.• Conceptualizing and implementing modifications in operating procedures to maximize productivity and enhance efficiency. Implementing cost saving measures and modifications, achieving substantial reduction in terms of production cost.
