Staff Engineer
CurrentSupervising a team of 8 members to deliver various customer facing features Preparing & presenting roadmap to the senior management and the stakeholders Enhancing product level documentation by engaging everyone in the team Introducing various enhancements in the Agile process to augment productivity Collaborating with the project stakeholders and providing timely updates on projectadvancement; ensuring on-time developmental deliverables Mapping client requirements and designing technical solutions to drive productdevelopment Controlling all phases inclusive of scoping, development, integration, deployment, testing,maintenance and production Defining design, architecture and other technology directions for implementation Ensuring the delivery of required architecture/ designs as per defined SLAs/ project plan Implementing methodology involving developing comprehensive test plans, trackingactivities and assuring overall quality including functionality, performance & scalability
