INSTRUMENTATION (Installation & Testing Commissioning)• Supervision & installation of DCS, PLC, CONSOLES & FILD PANLES. Detailed engineering of field JUNCTION BOXES, PROCESS HOOKUPS. • Supervise the sub-contractors and monitor the progress at every site on daily basis.• Schedule the various jobs and complete the Projects as per the targets within estimated costs/agreed time schedules. • Supervise the various erection sites, monitor and follow-up on the Project process at various stages.• Supervision & installation of field instruments• Installation of cable tray & Laying of system cables• Control panel wiring and testing of Field I/O’s including Field Instruments• Erection & commissioning work of all Instrumentation system (PLC, SCADA) & field instruments & its accessories as per drawings.• Loop checking & commissioning.DOCUMENTATION • Estimation, bill of materials. • As built drawing. • Material reconciliation. • Final billing.
