Orange Program About Loyalty known as OPAL is a loyalty program for mobile customer’s operated by Orange. Loyalty programs are present for each service operated by France Telecom like OPAL for Orange mobiles, FPAL for fixed lines, DVM as gift points for Orange, DVI for Internet. In order to manage customer churn and long-lasting relationship, market strategy like loyalty was introduced where customer service usage is converted to loyalty points.
