What sets my AI COE apart from most is that we are staffed by engineers and data scientists who are also deep business experts with experience in Advisory consulting for the Financial Services sector. They came to the COE the team from the front lines, often from companies that are Clients. They truly understand financial services, insurance, banking from a value engineering point-of-view.► CLIENT VALUE: Sometimes it is the cost of inaction that seals a deal. Contacted to speed up product development lifecycles at a Fortune 500 carrier, our work with heads of functions within Line of Business and the C-suite revealed that the slowness at every stage of product development was causing losses greater than imagined. With the new revelation and projected outcomes – 3X faster speed to market, top line growth up 15% and a 3% improvement in margin – the value of an end-to-end product development lifecycle modernization initiative became a reality.
