As the director, I worked with 20,000 trainers to enable more than 1,00,000 workshops throughout the country. Apart from our core offerings, I ideated and designed customized programs for leadership, named "Executive Leadership Program", in the education sector which was attended by 5,000+ institute heads and vice-chancellors. Setup a dedicated Strategic Partnerships desk under my office which led to the signing of 300 MoUs with various institutes leading to a ~40% increase in revenue and reach for the organization.Led the digital innovation charter to transform offline workshops into online workshops within 7 days which was attended by 1,00,000 people in 2 months post-launch.

I have traveled 20 countries and taught over 1 lakh people on how to manage their minds, emotions and stress. I have mentored more than 500 volunteers and organized multiple mega-events which were attended by 1000-50000 people in these countries. Over the past 22 years, I've taught patented breathing techniques and meditations across multiple professions and demographics with specific programs for corporates, universities, health care professionals, and even prisoners. After returning from a short corporate stint in the US, inspired by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's vision, I started a school in a naxalite prone area of Aurwantand in Uttar Pradesh. This school has been running successfully for past 15 years and has produced students with major accomplishments. Running this school in the early years taught me resilience, responsibility, and recovery from challenging hiccups along the way.
