Worked on various projects for this wonderful product in Real Time Analytics and BI domain. Gained experience in working from remote location, manage team including development and test engineers. Worked on Java/Jboss/Oracle for middle ware, Flash/Flex/AS 2.0/HTML/JSP/Struts for presentation tier and Eclipse Plugin development for modelling tool. Developed complex JavaScript/DHTML based custom JSP tags for TableTree UI component.

Primarily worked on development of two products i.e. Vision Compass in People/Process monitoring based on Balanced Scorecard and other one Group Systems product Cogntio (later renamed as ThinkTank). Worked on their flagship product called Team Cognito now known as ThinkTank in online collaboration domain. Core technologies used were Java/Swing/XML. This product has the biggest feature of easy to use user interface for novice users with accessibility compliance. Required customizing the SWING libraries to an extreme to achieve the required results. Managed team of 15 developers for this project.
