• Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in EUROPE/UK who are precise fits for job orders sent by our EU/UK-based clients• Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews• Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding• Interact with EU/UK based clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships• Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals• Maintain daily and weekly client reports• Work closely with and assist senior team members

-Good understanding of the various locations, cities of Europe and UK countries. -Maintain a good relationship with the candidate and to ensure the candidate join for the particular assign position.-Transferring good knowledge to new buddies in technical skills aspects.-Providing quality profiles and following up for feedback on regular period.-Sourcing through Linkedin Premium (Headhunting), Monster & CW Jobs.-Maintaining good TAT on serving the roles from Job boards and internal database.-Proper usage of internal database, Wisestep(Basically Management tool(CRM)).-Good Hands on Leadership roles and Niche Requirements.-Excellent Knowledge on Handling Candidates till on- boarding stage.
