Managing the program for PAN Bank Liabilities, accountable for driving the Liabilities Franchise of the bank by taking initiatives towards improving the Retail CA share, increasing wallet share among corporate clients, improving branch channel efficiency, penetration of CMS products, identifying new deposit opportunities from within & outside bank and take necessary actions to execute.

Worked on implementing initiatives to improve branch & channels efficiency supported by Business Analytics. Accountable for Business Planning for Branch Banking network & channels, taking regular interventions to ensure growth, business forecasting to identify gaps & take corrective actions.

Accountable for Business Development from ~10,000 strong Customer Service Officer channel of the bank and to deliver on the targets towards Savings Acquisition, deepening, Fixed deposits, Third Party revenue & other bank products. Manage the channel performance by manpower planning, KPI setting, target allocation, regular & refresher training programs, streamlining MIS and business reviews.

Accountable for Business Development from 700+ Priority Banking Relationship Managers of the bank to deliver on HNI clients acquisition, relationhip management & deepening, third party revenue generation & sale of other bank products. Worked on increasing the channel productivity by scientific target allocation, KPI setting as per bank's objectives, executing employee contests, conducting frequent training programs & business reviews.

I worked with Philips India Ltd. on Test Launch of a new product. The product was launched in 5 cities across country and the project included handling marketing of this product and obtain customer feedback.
