Managing overall cabin appearance operations of the company. Developing budget, training calendar, rostering, indenting, meeting client & meeting other operational requirements.Managing manpower & meeting client expectation in best possible way. Training team for cabin appearance standards & auditing the same periodically.

Handling cabin appearance operations of delhi base.Planning, organizing, directing, staffing and maintaining the highest quality of standard inside the aircraft’s cabin.Dealing with different vendors for constant provision of facility support for aircraft cleaning

Carrying out morning briefing and debriefingMaintaining housekeeping department records.Carrying out Inventories and discard.Making monthly Reports based on inventory taken at the end of the month.Handling Complaints.Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
