I am a life-long learner, a student of psychology and a practicing human resource professional. I have spent a large part of my career with the Aditya Birla Group where I worked across multiple roles and sectors Line HR and Corporate HR, Services as well as Manufacturing sectors. Have also had a meaningful stint with Capital Foods Private Limited and Welspun India Ltd. This brought in its unique dimension of establishing institutions, systems and processes from scratch in one case and working with a core manufacturing segment and understanding the unique flavors in the other. My key areas of expertise are Organization Design, Capability Building, Talent Development, Change Management and Organization Restructuring. Additionally, have played a key role in institutionalizing Job Evaluation at ABG and in building learning academies for meeting business requirements. Have had meaningful opportunities to handle large mergers and acquisition assignments.Currently, taking a pause from full time assignments and reconnecting with myself before plunging into the next phase of meaningfulness, where I can make a difference.
