Responsible for coordinating with T&D to ensure delivery of required Specs and Build Concepts • Creating prototype BOM content out of FEDEBOM for the vehicle’s full content for an 8-weeks period on daily basis. • Identifying the specifications of all vehicles and bucks that are intended to be built for the prototype phase.

To control and maintaining the engineering change management process in designand manufacturing industry with emphasis on Bills of Material (BOMs), parts masters, specifications,drawings and documentation to ensure appropriate changes are documented. Efficiently managing change orders for manufacturing sites across the globe and coordinatewith the site Process / Product Engineering team Creating setup like product Number, Product Structure (Bill of materials), AVL, part numbersfor BOM in PLM & ERP Tool.

Responsible for formulating and implementing the procurement /supply chain strategy for purchase and establishing methods to achieve cost saving targets and thorough knowledge of entire gamut of Supply Chain and adept at developing Sourcing Strategies. Identify cost reduction opportunities through category management and spend analysis Engage in RFX initiation process including RFI, RFP & RFQ and comparing / reviewing proposal content. Conduct market research in terms of raw materials, supplier databases, and risk mitigation to identify/track competitive pricing structures and risks involved.
