• Responsible for preparation of Bill of Material & Indent-making; preparing Billing Schedule & Dispatch-Note (Billable & Non-Billable) and Purchase Order, if required.• Updating the CSD Register, Verification & Checking of Expense-Sheet, Verification & Checking of Vendor-Invoices like material, Service & labor Invoices and follow-up for Customer Billing details from O & M Site during every month end.• Managing the routine work, such as Verification & Checking of Expense-Sheet, Verification & Checking of Vendor-Invoices like material and Service & Labor Invoices. • Preparation of Bill of Material & Billing Schedule, preparation of all Indent & all Dispatch-Notes in O&M CSD Department preparation of reports for O&M sites.• Drafting of Capex Expenditure Form for O & M Site; follow-up from vendor & Site for doing vendor registration. • Preparation of Purchase Order and Proforma Invoice, as and when required; following-up material received at site after making Advance Payment to Vendor, if required.• Following-up for Vendor Payment from Finance for Credit Payment and follow-up with the Site In-Charges for any other missing document like attendant-sheet of employees, ESIC & PF along with ERC Copy document for labor-invoices.• Sending Material Receipt Confirmation on mail to O & M Site In-charge; follow-up from Vendor for Revised Invoices if any mistake / discrepancy found in Vendor Invoices.• Follow up for Customer Billing details from O & M Site on monthly basis, every end of month; working in ERP (ORACLE).• Performing key tasks, enabling the back office capability and support for the processing of Retail products and transactions and providing consistently good service to our internal and external customers.• Coordinating with Origin/Destination offices for billing issues, ensuring timey processing of the Credit/Debit note requests for the customers.• Submitting MIS on weekly collection projection and updating the customer’s outstanding status.
