• Day to day coordination with Global team, IE, WW plant and suppliers.
• Responsible for cost reduction program, VA/VE and new ideas feasibility check from design side.

• Designing & Mass optimization of brake caliper (FA, FN, FNt, FNc-M) to meet packaging, structural and performance requirements.
• Optimization of design for NVH and Casting Porosity.
• Preliminary FEA of components like housing, Anchor & Backplate by Catia GPS
• Performing tolerance stack up to validate design in worst case condition.
• Preparation of detail manufacturing drawing for components and assemblies.

• Role &Key Deliverables:
• Designing & Mass optimization of brake caliper (FA, FN, FNt, FNc-M) to meet packaging, structural and performance requirements.
• Design optimization for removal of Casting porosity based on casting simulation (Magma Simulation).
• Solid Modeling by using Catia V5
• Preliminary FEA of components like housing, Anchor & Backplate by Catia GPS
• Support to NVH CAE team for FRF and Natural frequency Mode analysis

• Designing of different capacity of lifting beam as per customer specification.
• Detailed Drawings & Designing of superstructure of fire fighting vehicles as per state fire service standard.
• Detailed Drawings of components for machine shop, assembly shop etc. using AutoCAD.
• 3D Modeling for various assemblies as per customer’s specifications & requirements.
• Preparation of general arrangement (G.A) Drawing of Aircraft Refueller & Fire Fighting Vehicle as per CCEO rule and standard.
