Knowledge in Forecasting and Scheduling framework along with modelling skills. Tracking and Monitoring of F&S performance across Renewable Assets. Circulate MIS on performance records and business impacts. Assess and evaluate the accuracy of forecasts for all solar and wind assets and ensure that forecasting is done within allowed deviation band. Undertake DSM Computation & optimization. Responsible for Implementation of Forecasting & Scheduling requirements across the fleet. Study and understand different state as well as central regulations and procedures related to forecasting and scheduling and ensure proper implementation of the same. Collaboration with internal support team for action on deliverables. Conducting regular reviews and follow up with External agencies including QCAs on periodic basis for performance improvement. Coordination with nodal agencies on regulatory matters. Handling commercial activities like payments of service charges and DSM.

Power Forecast & Scheduling (2.1 GW Wind, 1.3 GW Solar): Providing SCADA data to forecasters (15 Min real time as well as historical data from Plant Commissioning). Providing static information of each WTG & Inverters along with technical specs and Year on Manufacture. Metrological mast data (Real time as well as historical for last 4 years). Day to day turbine availability & planned maintenance schedule. DAS to capture real time generation at PSS level. Collecting forecasting data from external forecast service providers. Incorporating turbine availability data and grid availability data in the schedule engine. Based on forecast received from Forecasting service providers, generating Week ahead, day ahead and revised scheduled based on various variable factors and submitting the forecasted power to SLDC in the prescribed format of 96-time blocks. Intraday schedules are submitted as defined in State Electricity Regulatory Commission and in coordination with SLDC for implementation of revised schedules. Collecting the SCADA data of different turbines and creating a single power generation data. Comparison of schedule data accepted by the SLDC with the actual generation for each 15-minute time blocks and checking the over/Under generation thus calculating the generation above/Below prescribed limits and finally calculating the DSM charges for each 15 Minutes time block. Sharing detailed analysis on Daily, Monthly basis of the results highlighting the forecasting accuracies, Variances, DSM charges and other energy accounting issues. Coordinating with SLDC, DISCOM or any other agencies for the scope. Managing the 24 *7 central operation and monitoring facility to monitor real time observations from site and to achieve better accuracy,
