Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer
Current Co-Ordinating with Automotive supplier to create Initial PPAP to meet the OEM Customer requirements. Responsible for Sheet metal Auto products around global to assure the quality in the components and review and approve and bring them the level of understanding PPAP and standards. Creating and Updating PPAP documents in Plex and PLM system with respect to AIAG requirements. Leading PPAP projects and monitoring timelines for each milestone for successful completion. Handling Supplier from Different regions (US, Europe, China, Thailand, Japan, Mexico, Australia, UK) Based on customer monthly rejections works with supplier and reviewing Root cause analysis and action with effectiveness monitoring. Conducting 8D Audit at supplier and coordinating for implementing action and closure Responsible for Supplier qualification audits, Supplier periodic audits, Manufacturing Process audits, Quality System audits Continuous improvement driven approach with Lessons Learned and checklists for each PPAP element for Automotive products is prepared. Implementing improvement actions at supplier end to reduce waste and variation such us Gauge and fixture with Poka Yoke Supplier Monthly performance review and identify required actions. Providing Training to Suppliers and Team Members Conducting Weekly review meeting with Internal External team
