Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC (FZC) (SPMP) is engaged in building and operating an Antimony Roasting and Smelting plant, the Oman Antimony Roaster (OAR), that will produce high quality Antimony metal and Antimony trioxide (ATO) products. The Sulphur dioxide gas will be converted to Gypsum.The OAR will also have the capability of smelting the antimony calcine for the recovery of precious metals like Gold.

• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS), WorleyParsons EMS & WPMP are established, implemented and maintained.• Develop and maintain Quality plan.• Report to Location Quality Director on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.• Liaise with the client counterpart on all matters related to Project Quality.• Ensure that WorleyParsons and Client (Petroleum Development Oman) procedures are adopted to approve review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS.• Assessing the project performance at planned intervals through internal audit programs, spot checks to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. • Ensure that Quality Objectives / KPI’s are set by Project Manager for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.• Analyze data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.• Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.• Develop and maintain the project audit and review plan.• Involved in the risk management reviews / workshops related to the project.Currently working as QA/QC Manager for the construction and commissioning of Oman Antimony Roaster Plant for Strategic Precious Metals Processing LLC which will be the world’s first major Antimony Roaster, designed to modern environmental standards.

An expert in the field of ZINC Smelting and Sulphuric acid production(DCDA).Overall responsibility for the operation of Zinc smelter & Sulphuric acid plants including supervising and monitoring of overall operations , raw material utilization and control, optimum usage of plant and equipment leading to better efficiencies , planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance as well as carrying out break down maintenance.Technical leader of the team at Binani Zinc in several capacity expansions in the plant especially the Sulphuric Acid plant (DCDA PROCESS) and the Electrolytic plant.
