Primary job responsibilities:• Warranty administration - material checking at C&FA, M2 clearance for submitted claims aftertechnical analysis, 8D material dispatch for plant investigation in certain cases.• Joint-field Investigations with the OEM personals in critical failures in Engine & Fuel Injection System(Inline, Distributor type & Common Rail)• Periodic workshop Service Quality Audits & Tests (SQA & SQT) monitoring to achieve QKF figureof at least 80% for each BDS/BCS.• Arrangement of Field service campaigns with OEMs(at various defense field workshops) & BDS topromote aftermarket sales & service (Diesel market for BDS).Additional responsibilities:• Regular interactions/SQM with OEMs & OECDs to improve CSS figures, at least 2 & 10 visitsper month respectively.• Bosch Warranty, Fuel Injection System & Electrical Product trainings to all authorized dealers.• STU & Defense EME workshop visits for Fuel Injection System Training & awareness.• Hotline call handling for warranty (BWSonline & other) or any product related issues fromthe dealer network.Achievements:• Best service campaign award at 1074 FD WKSP (GREF), Tenga (China border), Arunachal Pradesh in Nov,'10.• QKF percentage 76.70% (during my joining) & 85.43% in 2009 & 2010 respectively.• Burst battery case resolved at OIL India Ltd, Duliajan in Dec, ‘10 after which local (NavalAutomotives & hardwares, Duliajan) Bosch dealer was awarded a tender worth Rs. 55 lac forsupplying Bosch batteries.• Participated in 1st North-East Auto Expo at Maniram Dewan Trade Center, Guwahati.• Sales-Blitz Spares business of approx Rs. 12 lacTrainings done:• STEP (Select Train Employ Perform) 2 months training completed in June,'09organized by Bosch Limited at BTC, Raipur, achieved “1st position nationwide”.• Trainings done: VE-1 & VE-2 (1 month), EPS 620 (FIE TB), KTS-550/570 (ECU SCANNER),CRDi Fuel Injection System, SAP- warranty process, WBT – Data security& encryption.
