•Provide outstanding service to members (both at the front counter and/or by phone), answer inquiries and always strive to increase member satisfaction through service provided. The objective is to delight the member.•Making outbound awareness and service follow up calls to members.•Handle Member requests for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other basic transactions.•Promote Cash Money’s services by explaining benefits and features.•Identify and fulfill Members’ financial service needs, including cashing and certifying cheques, processing bill payments, buying/selling foreign currencies, processing Member statements, identifying the need for Life protection insurance, assisting Members in getting a Opt+ card, pay day loan, line of credit and online account set up.•Promotes Cash Money products and services when a need or opportunity specific to the member is identified.•Make referrals to specialists and advisors as required such as Lending department, IT support etc.•Solve member issues and know when to escalate if required.•Participates in the counting of large cash deposits.•Rotate with staff to cover reception duties and tasks.

•Organize and maintain inventory level as per the business product structure.•Apply FIFO method for products by minimizing waste control.•Prepare, review, and submit orders of the products.•Prepare daily paperwork includes sales volume and final reports which highlights over/short in cash.•Negotiate with varieties of vendors and suppliers of the business about return and purchasing.•Resolve problems that arise such as customer complains and supply shortages etc.

•Operate cash register, scanner and debit/credit transaction terminal, handle cash exchanges and refunds in a quick efficient manner.•Provide front desk service by taking orders and preparing final invoices.•Draw customers’ attention for promotional offers and deals prevailing within workplace which improves overall sales.•Manage financial responsibility during working hours by dropping cash in and out from the coin safe locker.

•Engage customers in day to day advice needs,service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.•Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while exercising good judgement in confidential matters.•Build customer confidence on emerging digitalbanking trends by educating them on mobile, ATM, and online banking.•Support the frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions, resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters to management.•Recommend improvements to work practices,branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience and achieve operationalexcellence.•Participate in the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
