• Responsible for the spare parts sales and order / purchasing plan for Gujarat and southern Rajasthan and arranging the dispatch. Responsible for achieving spare Part Target.• Frequent visits to customers, advising customers for procurement of necessary spare parts and check their warehouse stock of wear parts.Handling of inventory of spares.• Market investigations: comparison between SCHWING and competitors standard and wear parts regarding lifetime, price and quality;• Market investigations regarding local parts usage; local parts life, price and manufacturing• Check and Ensure availability of spare parts as per safety stock in warehouse• Using SAP for inventory, sales and other report.

• Handling of break down as well as preventive maintenance of power tool like concrete breaker, hammer drill, screw driver, combi hammer.• Giving training to customer about application as well as repair.• Handling of service centre means taking care of inventory of spares and machines.

• Looking after sales activity of saurashtra and kutch and service activity if entire Gujarat.• Handling of warranty settlement and spare inventory.• Given demonstration and training to customer about product.• Given repair training to big customer.
