I ensure safe and efficient execution of project operations by presenting PTW system and establishing PTW office as well as manage permits during the construction, installation, and commissioning phase of the project which includes Simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and activities. I perform a wide-range of functions, such as permits evaluation/management, HSE compliance, technical support delivery, stakeholder coordination, traffic management planning, and risk assessment/mitigation. I define ongoing/potential work details to all stakeholders and updated permit registers. I identify critical issues by conducting on-site surveys as well as permit and isolation audits. I assure the attachment of P&IDs, isolation LOTO, and all required certificates/documentation prior to issue of permits. I manage all significant challenges associated with safe execution of work by ensuring identification of SIMOPS permits and well coordination with all the parties involved.The following are highlights of my achievements: Built and maintained collaborative relations with area authorities, senior management, and employees, to ensure safe control of work and unhindered project operations. Enforced compliance with PTW requirements by conducting gas test as well as bump test and calibration of the gas monitors. Successfully trained over 600 personnel by analysing training needs and design skill/awareness enhancement PTW training sessions. Rolled out PTW System, including establishing PTW office as well as PTW filing, meeting/mailing, auditing system.  Achieved significant reduction in accident rate by successfully maintaining over 400 live and new permits in-close collaboration with sub/-contractors
