Learning is an unceasing process and I feel immensely proud of the knowledge I have gathered throughout my career. Having served as a Founder, Mentor, Board Member, CFO & Counsel in multiple industries for 30 Years, I have accumulated experience and in-depth expertise of what businesses require to grow. As an independent entrepreneur, I founded a full-service law firm Juris NextGen LLP in 2010 and a financial & management consulting firm Affari Consulting, Inc. in 2011. In 2015, I founded LetsComply, a Virtual Intelligence driven platform in India that caters to all the Legal, Finance, Bookkeeping, Taxation & other advisory requirements of young, medium-sized, and large corporate businesses. We provide legal and finance related professional services to businesses and professional firms as their extended arm being outsourced partner. We also provide all-inclusive strategic solution to foreign investors for Entry in India.The idea of starting a platform that provides an end-to-end solution to businesses & Professional partners for the legal, finance, bookkeeping and tax-related hurdles they face came to me when I witnessed how young startups and SMEs struggled with these aspects of their business.
