Solution got acceptability from tier one real estate builders in Bangalore market, scaled it to 9 paying clients and ARR of INR 1.10 Cr. - Service cum product model that included understanding of business requirements and data sources in company and then developing dashboard and reports giving real time insight on custom web application built on Microsoft PowerBI.

Researched and reported the optimization of the land for architecture and reasons for the delay of the work. Also had a practical experience on the measures undertaken for quality control of the concrete and Design Mix through a computer based interface in a mobile batch plant.
