Homehub is construction tech platform that aims to revolutionize the self-construction housing landscape in India. Home hub provides housing finance companies an end-to-end solution to remotely monitor construction progress of the properties and manage progress based tranche disbursal of home loans. Homehub also provides real time centralized intelligence on the construction progress of collateral properties under construction; sends alerts; automates construction progress reports for loan disbursement and helps in identifying risks.

- Built a B2B data intelligence solution “ClickInsight” for real estate companies by leveraging Microsoft PowerBI and its embedding capacities. Solution got acceptability from tier one real estate builders in Bangalore market, scaled it to 9 paying clients and ARR of INR 1.10 Cr. - Service cum product model that included understanding of business requirements and data sources in company and then developing dashboard and reports giving real time insight on custom web application built on Microsoft PowerBI.

-Business intelligence to management by integrating all data sources in organization including ERP, CRM, MS Project and excel sheets on Microsoft PowerBI. - Developing financial models for business plans, Pricing strategy, cash flow projections, scenario analysis, IRR, PBT and realizations. - Responsible for project feasibility studies, market research for product demand, sales velocity, and price points, coordinating with design team for concept plan development.- Competitor analysis by studying catchment area to find out major players, available products, price trends, sales history, and inventory depletion.

Worked as a summer trainee at the construction site of Mandoli Prison Complex, New Delhi to analyze and comment on the general architectural, constructional and organizational features of the site. Researched and reported the optimization of the land for architecture and reasons for the delay of the work. Also had a practical experience on the measures undertaken for quality control of the concrete and Design Mix through a computer based interface in a mobile batch plant.
