My role involves overseeing the different R&D activities like algorithm development, code architecture management, patent creation and maintenance, Grant activities, engineering improvements and people management. Some of my activities also includes regularly visiting different sites and interacting with doctors to get valuable insight on how the different devices are used and where usability can be significantly improved. Recently my focus has been on expanding the utility of our existing devices towards other areas of minimally invasive interventional procedures like therapy applications for prostate cancer.
