 Overall in charge for the smooth functioning of the respective Owners handled. In charge of seafarers travelling with right documentation and certification as per owner’s requirement. Coordinating with Port agents, arranging visas and travel arrangements for their smooth travel.  Attending and responding to owners queries on a day to day basis.  Attending various Audits including Internal, External and Owners Audits.  Forwarding planning for the owners vessels handled and updating them of the smooth rotation planning basis matrix requirement on a fortnightly basis. Assisting Sourcing/ Recruitment team pertaining to closure of owners vacancies if not fulfilled by ex hands.

 Overall in charge of the day to day activities of the NVOCC and Freight forwarding vertical and one point of contact with Management Pricing Control – NVOCC and Freight Forwarding in co-ordination with Management Sales team co-ordination on the bookings made and pushing for the target achievement PIC for agents co-ordination for booking imports and settling of accounts. Close follow up with Agents for movement of our containers. Maintaining relationship with various lines and customers. Responsible for appointment of new agents in co-ordination with management. Responsible for Payables and Receivables of the vertical and management of Current Account. Working in close liason with Accounts for the MIS and basis same analyzing Sales team MIS & send it to the management. Being a back up support to the sales team for sending quotation to the customers. In case of special equipment’s to work on the complete costing and provide rates to sales team / customer accordingly To have the below data upate at all timeso Maintaining the update list of Agents an their contracts.o Depot details and local charges sheet.o Updating the same on a regular basis as when new agents are addedo Maintenance of signed agreement copies with agents, Lease agreement & insurance agreement of Bill of lading To Prepare the Budget for the division in close liason with Management. Preparing Presentations as and when required for the management in close liason with them. PIC for making any other arrangements as and when required by the Management. Team Management: Leading & motivating a team of 4 handling different activities like documentation/operations and Customer Service.

 Coordinating with Sea Staff with regard to documentation process including Medical and pre-joining formalities Applying for flag state documents Liaising with Port agents, arranging visas and travel arrangement accordingly.  Liaise with Owners and their queries on a day to day basis.  Update details of the candidate prior he joins on the software.  Verify all the National documentation of the seafarer with respective issuing authorities.  Liaising with seafarers while they are on leave for any training if required as per Owners requirements.  Attending various Audits including Internal, External and Owners Audits.  Arranging for the Seminars on behalf of the Owners.  Forwarding planning for the seafarer’s inorder to maintain rotation of staff with the Owner. To make all the required arrangements for the same. Attending to Clients on their visit to the office. Communicating with seafarer’s family while they are on Leave.
