Shifting Orbits Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on embracing the economically challenged families and providing them a sustained support to continue their children's educational journey. The key roles that I currently play includes• Heading the Operations of our flagship program.• On the ground field work including bi-monthly school and family visits.• Mentorship/Guidance to families and children on educational progress and possibilities.• Coordination with Counsellor to plan and roll-out awareness/improvement programs for our beneficiaries • Current progress : 21 families/63 dependents supported in our year 1 operations

Key roles and experiences during my tenure are:-• Planning the curriculum and pedagogy for imparting Computer Science as a subject from Grade 1 to Grade 10 with an objective of students attaining the required skills as per Central Board of Secondary Education• Planning and Execution of Unit Plans, Lesson Plans and Assessments for Grade 1-10• Budgeting and Planning capacity for Tech-labs for the school• Guidance and Advisory service for Pre-Primary classes on Montessori and Playway pedagogy and methods• NIE coordinator (News in Education from Times of India) for the school.• Assist in organizing and planning extra-curricular activities of the school
