Roles:Solution Designer/Analyst ProgrammerKey Projects:Pulze - Site Locator: This in-house application was developed both in mobile and desktop view to locate a tower/site individually or as a cluster in a particular area and provide its details like address, performance, authoritarian, distributors and traffic per month. This application provides the tower/site insights to various departments like sales, Areas Sales Manager, Zonal Manager and Regional Head according to the needs basis. This application has proved to be time saving as the user could locate his site and view its performance on a real time basis. Impact Analysis Tool for Network Issues: This in-house web based application is developed to automate the process by fetching and uploading the important KPIs into the database and displaying the data as graphs without any manual intervention. Displaying as graphs rather than numbers and tables gives a pictorial view of the issue so that focus is only on the particular KPI at that time. Using this application The time taken by the application to process and upload the data to the database is only 15 seconds compared to the conventional method where it took 17 minutes. The number of man hours to process and upload the data is drastically reduced to 6 minutes per day from 6.5 man hours per day thus saving 200 man hours per month. The application can be easily accessed anytime and anywhere with little or technical knowledge in preparing the data. I’ve been awarded with Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification for successfully implementing this project.
