At the Department of Labor, responsible for the technological direction of UICS (Unemployment Insurance Claims System), used by the state agency for processing unemployment claims. Duties included coordinating with government agency resources and business stakeholders from the state and other agencies to ensure smooth information flow between business and IT vendors, as well as ensuring that the application was available 24/7.Provided advisory services to upgrade systems and implement AI-based solutions for fraud detection across multiple platforms. Successfully led the integration with NASWA (National Association of State Workforce Agencies), enabling cross-platform information exchange to enhance fraud control and improve system efficiency.

Managed and coordinated cross-functional resources from a top-tier global consulting firm across various stakeholders and government agencies. Collaborated with the Department of Health, Department of Labor, and Department of Education to streamline processes and enable seamless data exchange through a unified identifier system, similar to a Social Security Number (SSN). Spearheaded initiatives to integrate data across departments, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and enhancing interoperability for improved data transfer related to students and other essential entities. Oversaw project management, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business objectives, while navigating complex governmental regulations to ensure the successful implementation of the integrated data system.

Built up IT, logistics, operations, and call center teams from scratch. Headed the technology, architecture, and development teams. Addition of 35 dairies as I Strategized and created a model from delivery based app to SAAS based platform, which is now used countrywide in India. Coordination with the stakeholders, investors and keep them updated about the future road map of the product. The company received funding from Indian and US-based investors and finally got acquired by Dairy.com

Headed the technology, architecture, and development teams to create a mobile app-based payment system for laundries. Major breakthrough in the industry to automate conventional coin-based payments to the mobile app-based solution. Designed a full-blown payment and POS for the laundries.Coordinated with hardware design and procurement teams from China.

Helped CIOs’ define the Information Technology vision as well as the implementation strategy to deliver solutions through hybrid models, enabling business growth. $15M of savings by introducing a global delivery model; established centers in India and Ireland in 2004. Built dedicated offshore IT and call center teams from scratch; supervised team of 110 resources.
