IN ROOM DINNINGJob Responsibilities:* Picking up orders of Food and Beverage* Order taker* Advises captain on all guest comments and complaints* Establishes par stock and initiates requisitions for additional supplies if necessary* Ensures service station are properly staffed including Hot box chinaware, glassware and cutleries* Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygine in the restaurant* Delivery order of food and beverage to room and handle for payment* Responsible for bringing soiled items from room service trolley* Set up and prepare amenity for VIP guest* Take reasonable care when storing, handling and when using a chemicals an dangerous substance* Recommends to promote upselling and take order from guest
