Job Responsibilities in detailResponsible to complete package execution from project award to final shipping under the guidance from Technical Director.Responsible for the co-ordination with drawing and document control department to release the Documents like Data sheets, GA drawings, Procedures and P&ID and check client comments received.Responsible to prepare Project Report/schedule and conduct production update meetings. The report includes Project Planning, Organizing, Progress updates, Risk analysis, Safety etc.Responsible for preparing Project Inspection and Test Plan and Quality Plan as per project specification and requirements. Procurement of Motors, Pressure / Temperature/Flow Transmitters, Pressure Vessels, Gauges, PRVs, Valves, LCPs etc as per project specification and review/ approve contractor documents.   . Experience in Junction box drawing., cable schedule, interface diagrams, loop drawing, cable block diagrams.Manufacturing ASME VIII Div 1 Pressure Vessels in accordance with codes and standards.Ensure all activities are carried out as per standard operating procedures, Systems & Project specification.Verifying ATEX, PED, CE Certification and Technical Passports.Responsible to keep up to date Project information and identify the issues and risks. And ensure that the project is conducted in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.Responsible for the Third Party Inspection and Inspection Release Note.Co-ordination with Engineers at site.Problem solving.Risk Management

Responsibilities include to identify the project need, ensure deliverables are clear and accurate.• Assist Procurement Manager to prepare project brief and procedures.• Supplier selection, Quality approval, tender preparation, negotiation and contract placement.• Ensure the project is running in a timely, cost effective and quality manner.• Prepare Project plans and schedules.

To Co-ordinate with Detailed Engineering Design, Material Specification Review, Procurement and fabrication of Piping , Tanks, Vessels and bulk storage facilities.• Checking and Analysing engineering drawings and P&IDs.• Liaising with detailed engineering company.• Ensure all activities are carried out as per standard procedures and project specification

Procurement of small items like Cables, Pipe and fittings , transformer etc for various EPC projects.
