Duties and Responsibilities Closely work with Core teams to mitigate system and improve smooth operations. Deploy system and network monitoring tools like NMS, SIEM, cacti, Nagios, CheckMK etc. Deploy authentication authorization and accounting (AAA) server like TACACS+ for device access withuser privileged access management.  Generate report of all devices health performance through various applications(like OPmanager,chackmk etc) Monitoring all stakeholders’ links and all vpn connectivity. Confirm all devices (router, switches, firewalls etc.) configurations backup at Backup server. Daily basis devices log collection and store in syslog servers. Established new Stockholders link (like GRE over IPSec) and check connectivity and smooth operations.

Job Responsibility:Identifying the origin of the problem and providing technical support at client’s premises at shortest possible time by leading a team.Providing regular technical maintenance at different PoPs to ensure flawless network connectivity and well management.Working as a team with different departments & with vendors for synchronous operation during any occurrence.Commissioning of new links for clients as per requirement.Ensuring proper documentation of different problems and issues during any project work.Monitoring infrastructure /service up time and identifying performance issues.Performing routine checking of systems and software.Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.Evaluating reported or detected problems and implementing satisfactory solutions to resolve network or service related issues and prevent recurrence.Support business critical data networks over phone and e-mail
