Managing WHM & cPanel servers.- Managing multi-cloud and multi instance solution for complex and heavy traffic WordPress websites. - Ensuring websites backup, security, performance and uptime monitoring.- Provisioning and Managing shared and dedicated web servers with Linux distros. - Providing solution of - LiteSpeed Enterprise, Apache, AWS LightSail, CloudLinux, Almalinux, Immunify360.- Automatic and manual incidents and security management.- IP & Domain reputation management.- Leading a developer team to solve problems during website development and providing them with guidance to improve the development process.- Ensuring email authentication, spam protection, security for better email deliverability.- Ensuring smooth technical operations for both remote and on-site stakeholders.- Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Office 365 and Google workspace.- Outlook/ Thunderbird and other's client agent configure and troubleshooting.- Project management as per organizations requirement.- Managing onsite IT systems, vendor communication and infrastructure development- Managing and troubleshooting DNS/ Name Servers- Deploy and maintain technologies to be future proof.- Managing wireless office using advance networking solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:- Managing factory and corporate office System and network administration.- Deploy new technologies as per organization requirement and maintain them to making sure smooth operation of IT.- Administration of windows server. - Support ERP end users for better uses or human resource and enterprise resource planing. - Managing MS SQL Server as main data storage of ERP.- Managing storage are network to make sure reliable storage solution with RAID. - Managing & Troubleshooting of Factory production automation system with ERP.- Managing and troubleshooting of CAD and Robotic issues by contacting vendors from different countries. - Support end users to make computer and automation operation more smooth.- Troubleshooting Computer Hardware and peripherals like CPU, Monitor, Laser printer, POS printer, Barcode sticker printer, document printer, barcode scanner etc. - Upgrade computer Hardware and software like Windows, RAM, CPU, SSD, HDD, ODD etc.- Managing office network (LAN, WiFi and WAN) with Mikrotik,TP-Link and other networking devices.- Configuring IT Enabled Devices.- IT Inventory Management.- Communication with System vendors.- CCTV Camera Setup, System Upgrade and maintain to make sure factory security.- Visiting Factory Floors to get report on devices, computer and solve problem as needed.- Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to superior.- After all making sure smooth operation of IT for organization growth.
