● Maintain packaging and Accessories the Supply based on Business in Bangladesh & alignment with Global demand . ● Coordinate with packaging Development Dept’s get “artwork/ layout / cutter guide / white sample / Business/ ” ● Build up quality management system with printer, trims and packaging supplier. ● Control the cost of packaging, accessories and trims. ● Make the planning for supply based on main business requirement ● Help printer / supplier to keep material stock by give them correct forecast of busyness ● Build the 2nd layer / level ( printer s’ supplier) material supplier to range to get price and quality benefit.● Manage the TNA to achieve highest-level delivery performance in team.● support supplier / printer improve their technical stander to achieve excellence on technology and supply based on requirement. ● Audit vendors plant (Local & Overseas)/ make SWOT analysis to improve their service and find alternative channel to avoid risk in supply.● Manage all the approval of packaging development like offset , poly, carton, woven label,..

● Sourcing, development and sampling of packaging and accessories for all Bangladesh, Mauritius & Madagascar Factories . ● Follow up sample development to Bulk in house as per time, price & quality● Check price with multiple supplier, make comparison sheet and coordinate with Dept Head● Maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply.● Timely releasing of purchase orders and expedites the same upon receipt of purchase requests.● Co-ordinate with suppliers & internal departments for timely delivery of materials.
