Tax and other payments. Participating in business decisions on Tax issues and supervising overall indirect & Direct tax functions like making payments, filing returns, tax assessments/appeals, statutory forms & other necessary permits.  Advising on all matters related to taxation and ensuring statutory compliances of laws & procedures through regular reviews and feedbacks at unit and regional levels. Preparing and filling GST (Gstr-1 &Gstr -3B) and TDS returns monthly, quarterly and as well annually &making monthly statutory payments like GST, TDS, Proff. Tax and Provident fund as well as ESI.  Preparation of Data for Annual Financial Statement and Tax audit of companies and submission to statutory Auditors. Coordinate with company secretary for filling of in MCA platform, as well as execute the process of changing of directors of companies as when as required. ITR filling of all Allied companies also.
