• End to end project management including develop schedule, manage day to day activities, control schedule by progress assessment & resource management, WIP reporting.• Develop Project Management Plan.• Project Risk Management – Identify site specific risks during site feasibility study, manage risks, develop risk register for the project, review reported incidents & prepare lesson learnt report and review risk register.• Review of SWMS.• Project Quality Management by QSE Site Audit, identify NCRs, engage stakeholders for rectification. • Procure management – Issue PO, procure project materials, select suppliers, manage inventory, prepare Quote, BOQ.• Manage stakeholders, subcontractors. Evaluation of subcontractors’ performance through periodic audit.• Development of QSE Management System for the company, yearly review and update. • Manage explicit knowledge using Technical MOPs library, Lesson learned register, PMIS.• DBORS audit, identify non-complaint issues & arrange rectification.• Project Cost Optimization.
