Significant Achivements:- Successfully implemented 2-mill operation against the design 3-mill operation for low load operations.  Implemented a common header system for Seal Air fan and running 1 seal air fan for 2 units. Pivotal in Turbine Governor fine tuning and maintaining the extractions as per HMBD to achieve 30MW generation. Awarded with the “Team of the Month January 2018” Award for usage of blended coal and increasing the blending percentage from 20% to 69% of imported coal. Achieved the designed vacuum in all the Turbines by all three condenser chemical cleaning. Brought down the emission below 30 mg/Nm3 in all the three boilers by carrying out ESP retrofitting. Minimized in Boiler Tube Leakage in last 2-years by maintaining boiler water parameter.  Successfully completed an improvement project as a team leader for cooling tower side stream filter installation and was rewarded with CEO kitty award. Smooth startup of plant & safe shutdown for annual overhauling & major maintenance activities. Successfully completed instrumentation and automation in brown field project. Revived old equipments and systems which were used in calcination project.
