Official (NLDC, BPDB etc.) for uninterrupted operations or any other issues.• Run the plant under IMS, ISO -9001: 2015, IS0-14001:2015, OHSAS-45001:2018 standard.• Perform internal audit and assessment of environment hazards and any unsafe conditions at the work site as per requirements of IMS, ISO -9001: 2015, IS0-14001:2015, OHSAS-45001:2018 standard• Implement all kinds of safety procedure & checklist like PTW, SOP, Hot work, Cold work permit, Work at height checklist, Isolation of Hazardous system, LOTO system, etc. to prevent all kind of incident, and keep monitoring and tracking that all employees are complying with safety policies• Investigates all incidents / non-conformance`s and determine the root cause analysis (RCA) and submit report and recommendations to the concerned department heads.• Preparing Daily Operational report, Fuel report.
