Managing construction of rehabilitation work of existing seven water treatment plants & raw water pump house rehabilitation work, DI Pipe rising main 3 KM Supervising Non-Destructive Test in Slabs, Beam Columns Directing project planning, effort, design, scope, estimation, resource coordination and delivery as per specified time frame; implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines Spearheading all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating in site management activities Developing maintenance & operations procedures to increase the efficiency; implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards through in-process checks Optimizing project resources to ensure cost effectiveness while maintaining high standard of quality and safety in accordance with client requirements and company policies Ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time with effective resource utilization to maximize the output Establishing cost estimates and performing rate analysis for extra items; preparing cost comparative statement for contractors; calculating details of quantities for all items, and preparing material request Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects Administering onsite construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters Ensuring implementation of safety regulations at site; guiding & monitoring labourers as per the HSE guidelines Gathering & understanding the needs of the project and providing constructional & technical solutions Scheduling & monitoring resources; reviewing project status during the course of periodic project review meetings
