i. Ensure adherence to safety, service standards, SOPs, grooming, and discipline. ii. Update crew with recent information, maintain crew morale and discipline, and assist with performance reviews. iii. Attend pre- and post-flight briefings, document and escalate flight incidents, and keep SEP valid. iv. Perform flight duties, liaise with the transport supervisor and rostering team and ensure OTP adherence. v. Oversee professional standards, ensure crew have valid documentation and process flight reports. vi. Attend base team meetings and follow up on corrective actions. vii. To be self-motivated, focused on service SOPs, and committed to customer satisfaction.

i. Uphold standards in safety, service, SOPs, grooming, and discipline.ii. Keep the crew informed of updates and maintain their morale and discipline.iii. Assist with performance reviews and attend pre- and post-flight briefings.iv. Ensure incidents are documented and escalated properly.v. Maintain SEP validity and perform at least 4 flight duties per month, and be available for additional duties if needed.vi. Carry out other tasks as assigned by BM/ABM.vii. Ensure on-time performance (OTP) for yourself and the crew, coordinating with transport and rostering teams.viii. Manage crew professionalism and grooming standards at the base.ix. Verify crew members have updated QRH, competency cards, AEP, and valid training and licenses.x. Process flight reports and escalate feedback to the IFSD H.O. team and local heads.xi. Attend base meetings and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.xii. Be self-motivated, adhering to service SOPs and striving for customer satisfaction.

i. To ensure and deliver a comfortable flight to the guests keeping in mind their needs are fulfilled in the least amount of time required.ii. Leading a team of 3 crew members and allot the duties and proper discharge of their duties for an issue-less flight. iv. Guest relationship management to ensure more frequent visit(s) by the guest.v. Provide First Aid to passengers who fall sick during the flight.vi. To achieve targeted on-board selling and maintaining the accounting records.vii.
