Rajib Arjun is an accomplished operation, and technology executive with more than 20 years of success across the technology, telecom, communications, private equity, and manufacturing industries. Leveraging extensive experience in enabling growth and executing EBITDA value capture, as an Independent Operating Partner, he is a valuable asset for private equities, start-ups aspiring to reposition business platforms, acquire or integrate an entity, and/or spin-off into a new company. His broad areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, complex carve-outs, cost optimization, business growth, transformation, technology-enabled business processes & emerging markets.Throughout his executive career, Rajib has held leadership positions at various private-equity funds, and their portfolios, PwC and Tata Group. He has seen a tremendous amount of success over the course of his career and has served as a key contributor to the achievements of the organizations he’s worked for. He was responsible for 60% growth of Tata over the course of three years, resulting in $150M portfolio of business. Additionally, he has introduced new products to the market for both Tata and PwC, all of which have been valued at more than $1B. Rajib continues to create working relationships with C-Suite executives and has successfully led complex multi-year client engagements in private equity, VC, hi-tech, telecom, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and international trade. Rajib received a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology and his MBA from Devi Ahilya University. He has also studied executive management and general management at the University of California Walter A. Haas School of Business. Over the course of his career, Rajib has received a number of honors and accolades for his work including PwC’s Chairman’s Award and the Santa Clara Rotary District Presidents List of Honorees. Additionally, as a Technology executive and a highly respected professional, Rajib has served on the board for the YMCA, California Cricket Academy, and Avake Tech.
