Research And Development Engineer Ii
CurrentAt the Ansys Fluent solver and numerics team, we stand on industry leading computational capabilities and features; we improve them and introduce new tools to address the challenges of growing CFD market, explore new avenues for CFD simulation; ultimately help make tomorrow possible in collaboration with our partners and clients across the globe. In the team, I focus on Pressure based Navier-Stokes solver robustness, accuracy and computational performance improvement. Proud of developing novel Rhie-Chow interpolation and skewness discretization on mesh with high non-orthogonality, large aspect ratio and volume change. Another area of my research interest is gradient computation algorithms to evaluate gradient at cells around sharp curvature, high aspect ratio cells, non-conformal interface, corner cells with multiple intersecting boundaries., etc. Besides CFD algorithms, improved Fluent capabilities in application of an-isotropic material properties, non-Newtonian fluids and multi-phase applications. Have any challenging CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) application? Wondering if Fluent CFD software can accelerate your product development? Let's get in touch!
