Developed novel metrics for cell characterization using MATLAB and ImageJ tool kits.Responsibilities:As project lead scientist, responsibilities include design and development of statement of research work and overall management of the multidisciplinary project. Technical functions include direction, coordination, design and optimization of experiments and protocol. Engineering functions include assay development for label-free screening of cells using electrical methods and characterization of cells based on their inherent dielectric properties. System design involves use of electrokinetic biophysics and microfluidics along with wet lab skills for patient sample handling.
