•Work includes Planning & Coordination for assembly, erection and commissioning of new jobs like Boiler, Heat exchangers, Fired Heaters, Reactors, Surface Condensers and other core equipment at Customer site.•Planning for project requirements & scope of work from proposal stage to project completion.•Planning of materials, consumables, machines & manpower requires for the execution of project.•Execution of projects at site, planning for site activities, Repairing and revamp of old equipments supplied to various customers across India.•Crane & other Critical handling planning for the site work•Preparing the Project schedule, Execution philosophy•Co-ordination with client and contractors for project planning and execution.•To interact with contractors, sub-contractors and consultant for timely delivery and to maintain the quality of project and to avoid bottleneck situations in projects.

Studying of engineering drawing and calculating cycle time and production sequence.Ensuring Proper Safety and Housekeeping standards on shop.Man power planning and execution on shop floor.Working on ERP software BAAN AND PRIMEVERA.Preparing the daily production plan and meeting the targets.Coordinating and interacting with other departments for any bottlenecks.Making documents at all stages of production as per ISO norms.Planning for training and multi-skilling of the workmen.Handling third party inspectors for getting the QC stage clear.Minimizing of rework, rejection and reducing the cost of manufacturing.Supervising the team of skilled and semi-skilled workforce.
