 Ensuring proper handover of information to the operations team for preparation – Scope of Work, technical drawings and details, build schedule. Ensuring that the project file (Preparation, Production, Installation and Dismantling) is complete for review by all departments and liaising with the account manager / operations. Preparing the Health and Safety documentations and certificates required (RAMS). Analyzing the project profitability and defining the area of improvement.

 Ensure that the products that are manufactured are on par with high quality and set standards and that the appropriate technology is used in its production. Responsible for managing the workers of the production sector, ensuring that the standard protocols are adhered to, hiring and training employees, understanding the operation technology and training the operators properly, troubleshooting all problems at every step and planning production schedules and budgeting. Carefully organize, analyze and prepare technical data reports to ensure proper workflow and productivity, and also maintain safety by verifying compliance and assuring proper factory testing. Review manufacturing requests for procurement, approve the selection of subcontractors and monitor performance. Apply best manufacturing and logistics management techniques to the production process to increase production efficiency. Maintaining and ordering inventory and ensuring optimum utilization and level of inventory all the time. If the inventory level meet the reorder level issue the purchase order. Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the risk.
