Business Development Executive
Current• Empower individuals to thrive in the digital age through top-notch technical education• Ensure smooth functioning of outreach programs for job search support for boot camp graduates• Collaborate with students to identify career goals and develop individualized job search strategies• Submit student resume to all suitable job portals like Dice, indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, etc.• Intimate the entire team regarding the client submissions to avoid duplications• Taking care of the consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment• Complete knowledge of recruitment full life cycle: resume marketing, interview scheduling, placement, follow-up for timesheets• Source, screen, and place IT consultants on client projects based on their skill sets and client requirements.• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to facilitate successful placements.• Providing individual and group career coaching and counseling the students to help them prepare for the job market• Working closely with faculty, alumni, and employers to build a comprehensive network of resources • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and job search activities in our database• Assisting in the organization and execution of career fairs, networking events, and other job search-related activities• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts for continuous improvement• Talking to the vendors regarding the performance of the consultant brings to my notice• Understanding the Purchase Orders and making sure they are executed according to the terms and conditions of the organization• Develop and execute sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding revenue targets and• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
